Why group training could be good for you
The Jones family believes group training can be a powerful tool for your fitness journey. Group training with friends and family is fun but its also a way to keep you accountable and push each other. After all that is how we decided we wanted to pursue creating a personal training business together. We workout with family 2-4 times a week and that comes with a lot of laughs and smiles. Sometimes 1 on 1 training can be a little intimidating and bringing family and friends is an easy way to not only get your family healthier but also makes you a little more comfortable.
